It had a great and fab setting just next door to restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Sights. Had a bidet.

It had a private bathroom.

It was all perfect!

The apartment was like a mansion, with tall doors and windows. It was clean, modern, and had everything I needed, including a fancy coffee maker. The location was bustling and full of beautiful historic buildings.

Nothing to complain about, my stay was just perfect.

Very helpful staff made our stay very nice. It had separate bedroom with hypoallergenic pillows. There was a bidet. Setting was fab, we were close to Aquarium of Genoa.

Its central location was convenient to Aquarium of Genoa. We loved the staff, everyone was helpful. Everything about our stay was perfectly fine, would recomand.

We explored charming little towns, picturesque vineyards, and breathtaking coastal views. It was such a memorable experience for the whole family.

My wife says that she wished the hotel had a designated area for kids to play and have fun.

i loved the place. on the whole, it’s perfect place for having fun and exploring genoa. it has marvellous and fab setting short walk to the sea, the fountain and the opera house, and the opera house. you can use a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle.

Enjoyed pretty much everything, no reason to complain. I booked it for 1 night and would definitely return here.

During our stay at the residence, we had the pleasure of utilizing the fully equipped kitchenette to preparation a meal of epic proportions. Channeling my inner master chef, I whipped up a gastronomic delight that would have put Gordon Ramsay to shame. The kitchenette was like my own personal stage, complete with a dishwasher that worked its magic and left me feeling like a superstar. With each dish I created, I felt like I was competing on a culinary reality show. It was an unforgettable experience that left us craving for more.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with my room problem even at night. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Handicap parking, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils. I'm coming back for holidays soon.

The units at The Seven Residence are amazing! They have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, so it's perfect for us because we love cooking and hate doing the dishes. The dining area is great for us to have meals together. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels in each unit is a bonus for us night owls. We can't help but binge-watch our favorite shows during our downtime. Some units even have a balcony with city views! It's incredible to sip our morning coffee while enjoying the stunning sights of Genoa.

Personally, I didn't care for the bidet in the private bathroom. But that's just me, and I know some people might find it convenient.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant streets of Genoa on our bicycles. We were able to discover hidden gems and charming cafes, giving us a unique and memorable experience. Riding through the bustling city and along the scenic waterfront was exhilarating for both parents and kids.

My children wanted a playground or outdoor space nearby for them to burn off some energy after a day of sightseeing.

We had a great experience - the host gave us a tour of the property which had all the necessary amenities for cooking, and the traditional building was conveniently located near a supermarket and shops.

It made us feel like we were staying in a luxury hotel. The free toiletries provided in each unit were a pleasant surprise. We didn't need to worry about packing shampoo and soap.

The only downside for us was that not all units had a balcony or terrace. We would have loved to have a city view to enjoy during our stay.
